My favourite fruity frozen dessert - shamelessly a cheats version bursting with raspberry flavor best enjoyed in the sunshine!

INGREDIENTS

600ml double cream
2 tbsp icing sugar
350g frozen raspberries

METHOD

1.Pulse the double cream in a processor with the icing sugar until stiff peaks form.
2. Add the berries, whizz until smooth, then taste and add more icing sugar if needed.
3. Freeze and enjoy!
