Nothing beats an ice block on a hot day! Try out these homemade frozen treats or make up your own flavour by swapping out the fruit for anything you want - time to get creative!

INGREDIENTS

1 cup coconut water
1 ripe banana
1 cup fresh or frozen mango
1/2 cup fresh or frozen pineapple

METHOD

1. Cut fruit into chunks. Add coconut water and banana into a blender and blend till smooth.
2. Add fruit and blend till smooth. Taste then add honey or maple syrup for more sweetness.
3. Using a funnel, pour mixture into ice block moulds or ice pop tubes. Freeze for at least 4 hours and enjoy on a hot summer's day!
