Lemony Lemonade

This classic is best served chiller - my recipe is a family favouite and keeps all the goodness in the lemons. Be sure to make a big batch when it hot out as its sure to all go! Enjoy!

love this served chilled in a mason jar with plenty of fruit, ice and mint for a 2017 twist!

INGREDIENTS

•   2-3 lemons, unpeeled, cut into halves, pips removed
•   1Litre of water, chilled
•   100 g caster sugar, adjust to taste

METHOD

•   Place Lemons and half the water and sugar into the bowl of a good food processer and crush
•   Add remaining water and strain with sieve into jug or carafe.
•   Serve immediatly
