INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup oats
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp chia seeds
1 Tbs maple syrup
1/2 cup Greek Yoghurt
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup mixed fresh berries

METHOD
1. In a glass jar, mix together the oats, cinnamon and chia seeds until well combined.
2. Add maple syrup, yoghurt and milk and combine well. Screw the lid on tight and refrigerate.
3. In the morning, top with berries and enjoy!
