Switching the custard for yogurt makes this french classic dessert a delicious brekky!
INGREDIENTS
¼ cup fresh raspberries
(alternatively use any fresh berries)
2 Tbs coconut sugar (optional)
1 ½ cups plain greek yogurt
¼ cup Granola
METHOD
1. Mix fruit with coconut sugar if you like a slightly less tart version.
2. Add a scoop of yogurt to the bottom of jar. Next place fruit on top, repeat.
3. Place granola in capsule and seal tightly. These parfaits can be prepped and enjoyed for a week of healthy breakfast.
